Create and develop a new hospitality concept in connection with the changing hospitality market in the Netherlands.

Design process in collaboration with the architectural firm and the HEMA departments: Concept development, Project management, Store Development, Stakeholder management, Collaboration Category Managers, Design of presentation furniture (cooled/uncooled), Workwear & Look and Feel -> Launch of a successful take away and coffee , lunch & dinner concept.
